4. Positions will be determined by incoming hits NOT rank, to eliminate others deliberately ranking your site low in order to advance themselves.
5. You MAY request votes from forum members however
sites using hidden code to increase hits will be removed and banned.
6. One site per e-mail address.
7. Any one can vote once a day for any site they choose. That means if we have 50 members, a person can vote up to 50 times that day. One vote for each member. Additional votes that same day from the same IP won't be counted. Only unique votes are counted.
8. Counters will reset to zero every 30 days to give everyone a chance
9. Sites using hidden code to increase hits will be removed and banned.
